Cognitive decline is when a significant amount of decline in skills (cognitive skills) like memeory and thinking skills. As any person ages, there is some sign of cognitive decline, and there is no way to completely prevent it. But don't worry! If you stay fit, eat healthy, and keep your brain sharp, you can lower the amount of decrease in cognitive skills.
